Question 1

How can I book a session?

Accepted Answer

You can book directly through the website booking form, reach out via Instagram @bykevinduong, connect on LINE (line.me/ti/p/yl23m1_Jmc), or send an email. No upfront deposit is required.

Question 2

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

I am based in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, and I am available for candid photo walks and travel documentary sessions across Vietnam based on dates and logistics.

Question 3

What types of photography do you offer?

Accepted Answer

I specialize in cinematic street documentary, couple photo walks, spontaneous travel stories, intimate lifestyle sessions, and candid personal portraits.

Question 4

Do you also create videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I offer short cinematic video snippets and highlight reels for selected travel photo walks and documentary sessions.

Question 5

How long does a photography session last?

Accepted Answer

The duration depends on your preferred pace and route. Most candid photo walks range from 1 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for coffee breaks and atmospheric wandering.

Question 6

How long does it take to receive my photos?

Accepted Answer

Final delivery usually takes between 3–5 days and 1–2 weeks depending on the length of the session and custom color-grading requirements.

Question 7

Why does editing take time?

Accepted Answer

I individually color-grade each selected frame to achieve the distinct nostalgic 35mm film palette—adjusting tonal curves, highlights, and organic textures rather than applying generic batch filters.

Question 8

How will I receive my photos?

Accepted Answer

Your final high-resolution images are delivered via a private, curated online gallery link and Google Drive for seamless viewing and full-quality downloads.

Question 9

Do you provide photo retouching?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All delivered photographs receive natural skin softening and authentic film color correction while preserving your real expressions and textures.

Question 10

Can I request additional edits?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. I am always open to fine-tuning crops or specific mood adjustments within reason to match your personal vision.

Question 11

Can we choose our shooting location?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We collaborate on locations that fit your vibe—whether that means iconic Saigon landmarks, quiet colonial alleyways, vintage apartment cafes, or street markets.

Question 12

What happens if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Tropical rain in Vietnam moves quickly. If a sudden shower occurs, we duck into historic covered arcades or vintage cafes for cozy atmospheric frames, or reschedule to another available window with zero penalty.

Question 13

Can I use the photos on social media?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have full personal usage rights for social media, personal portfolios, and high-resolution personal printing.

Question 14

Do you travel outside Ho Chi Minh City?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to Saigon photo walks, I regularly travel across Vietnam (Da Nang, Hoi An, Da Lat, Hanoi, Phu Quoc) to document travel stories based on dates and travel arrangements.

Question 15

How many photos will I receive?

Accepted Answer

The number varies depending on the session duration and locations, but I prioritize quality and storytelling narrative over arbitrary frame counts.

Question 16

What makes your photography different?

Accepted Answer

I step away from rigid posing and staged wedding setups. My focus is candid, slightly dreamy, 35mm nostalgic visual storytelling where you feel completely relaxed, moving like you are simply taking a walk with a friend.
